How we work

Our involvement generally starts as early as possible in the life of a proposed project or program, working with the client’s in-house team and with the project managers, transaction advisers and other consultants. We advise on the most appropriate procurement strategies, draft the contracts, advise on the tender documentation, and take the lead on the legal/commercial aspects of the tender process and contract negotiations through to contract signature. We provide briefings and risk assessments to senior management and boards, and can provide ongoing advice on any issues arising through the life of the project.
